| Machinery, Equipment Used and Production Process |
Machinery/Equipments used are indigenous, sourced from well-known manufacturers. Almost $ 500000 are invested as total capital that includes the Land and Plant & Machinery. Neem cake is manufactured by selecting best quality Neem seeds. Neem Fruits/Berries are depulped, cleaned to make them free from foreign matters, shed dried and then decorticated to separate the kernel. The kernel is cold pressed to retain pesticidal properties in oil and cake. The cake is suitably blended with other ingredients and standardized to make total Neem organic fertilizers in powder form. Raw oil is further processed and stabilized for maximum shelf life and marketed under the brand name of Neem Drop. Pure Neem Kernel Oil is used in the formulation of pesticides to get the dual pesticidal effect from neem oil and the active ingredient; Azadirachtin (A+B) over the wide range of pests of various crops. Neem based pesticides are formulated and standardized on various concentrations of Azadirachtin.
